our Process
1.CALL CONSULTATION
We’ll start with a friendly phone or video call to discuss your wedding vision, timeline, and any special moments you want captured. During this call, we’ll also review pricing and package options, so you know exactly what works for your day.
2.PAY DEPOSIT TO BOOK
Once you’re ready to move forward, a deposit secures your date. This ensures that your wedding is officially on our calendar and gives you peace of mind knowing your videography is locked in.
3.FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL
A few weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a follow-up call to review your schedule, confirm locations, and address any last-minute questions. This ensures the day runs smoothly and we’re prepared for every moment.
4.Delivering photos
After the wedding, I carefully edit your footage to create your highlight reel and any additional videos you’ve requested. You’ll receive your final videos digitally, ready to share with family and friends. If you would like your video delivered a different way we can discuss other options. Flash drive delivery will be an extra small fee.
PHOTOGRAPHY for small weddings
While Flash Forward Films specializes in wedding videography, we understand that some couples may want photography for their intimate or small weddings.
We offer photography services for smaller celebrations, elopements, or micro-weddings, capturing the key moments in a style that complements our videography. This service is available on request, so your focus can remain on your video memories while still having beautiful photos of your day.
